Turn on requests
In the Visits tab, switch on accepting requests and choose which call types you take. You can pause requests whenever you wish.
Accept a request
A request reaches you as a notification. The first doctor to accept takes it. You can also take consults booked for a later time.
Consult, then sign
Take the call in the app. The consult record is prefilled from the booking, and you sign the prescription from it.
Prescriptions and records
A signed prescription
The prescription carries your name, qualification, registration number and council, the date and time, and your signature image from KYC.
A code that checks it
A QR code on the prescription opens a page that confirms it is genuine. That page shows no patient detail.
Telemedicine guidelines
The app follows the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020. For example, it warns you before you sign medicines that are not allowed on a first audio consultation.

The family’s payment for a teleconsult is held when they book it.

Each request shows the amount you will receive before you accept it.
TDS
TDS is deducted as the law requires and shown with your earnings.
